Eligibility

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund.

Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Contact us at helpcarballz@outlook.com with your order number before sending anything back, and we'll walk you through the process.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs to return an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and Carballz does not cover or reimburse return shipping fees.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or made-to-order pieces requested with personalized changes outside our standard designs may not be eligible for return unless defective.
